Return & Exchange Conditions:
- Return/exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect items. Exchanges for different sizes or colors are allowed, subject to availability.
- Sale or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.

- Contact our customer service via email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- We will verify your request and provide instructions for returning the item.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for defective or incorrect items.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and verified. The refund will be issued in within 7-14 business days.
